Hotel Info:
Below are some recommendations for hotels for the ASUN conferences from 2/16/2027 - 2/20/2027 and the WVU meet 10/22/2026-10/24/2026. These are only recommendations and options and there is no obligation to stay at one of these proposed hotels.
Unfortunately for ASUN we can only get a room block at one hotel as the other hotels make you guarantee the number of rooms and charge us for the rooms if we don't fill them.
Room Block:
1. Holiday Inn Express and Suites Knoxville $149.00 + tax = $176.19 per night from 2/16-2/20. Parking is $20 per day. Breakfast is included.
Booking Link: Book your group rate for UDSD Parents Group
Please note:
These rooms have 2 Queen Beds - we have 10 rooms in the block (but if we fill them they will add more). This block is only open until 2/2/2027 and then it will be the going rate at that time.

Suggested Attire for Parents & Guests
Athletes will be dressed in semi-formal attire (dresses or collared shirts, with optional jackets/ties), and we encourage parents and guests to dress in a similar spirit—neat and slightly dressy—but there’s no need to go over the top.
Think “business casual” or “smart casual”:
Button-down shirts, polos, sweaters, or blouses
Dress pants, khakis, skirts, or casual dresses
Optional: sport coats or light layers
